We offer additional support via phone Monday - Friday from 10.00 to 17.00. We will have a technician available to answer your questions should you have purchased the Multiplaz 3500 from us, Keep proof of purchase handy to enjoy this facility.

Tips & Tricks
Ethel Alcohol is not readily available in all markets. Use Isopropyl acohol 50% and for stainless steel use 70%.
Also use 70% isopropyl for cutting of stainless steel (do not put in cutting gun, use in welding gun with a cutting nozzle or purchase a 2nd cutting gun for stainless and diluted alcohol use).

Training Sessions
We offer onsite training with all purchases as well as a three day training session which is hosted at Predators Rock Bush Lodge situated in Rustenburg in the North West Province.
